As the publisher, I reserve the right to decide what to copy from customers.  Anything that I consider that detracts from *‘The spirit of Christmas’, or is not in keeping my current acclaimed publications will not be accepted.
I can not and will not publish work that is not a true representation of my creativity.  With careful consideration and regret,  in some cases I will be unable to fulfil your order. See*
*Anything that I deem too personal, hurtful, distressing or upsetting written about a person/situation, such as name calling, hurtful comments or malice towards another kin, will not be tolerated.
I work very hard with customers to draft wonderful letters, that I hope to convey the sentiment of Christmas that ‘Father Christmas’ or ‘Santa Claus’ would be proud of sending himself! 

MISTAKES POLICY

Please Note:~
I will endeavour to proof read and liaise with regard to drafts through private messages communication. I will where possible photograph your finished letter/scroll before wax sealing.

NB. Personalised gifts have no value once personalised as such, I urge you to take care that no mistakes are made, as remakes are costly! Draft changes after original agreed draft letter has been made up, will be charged for. 

I will in such cases, copy the information that you have supplied to me, in order to fulfill your order.

I shall of course contact you if the wording does not ‘seem’ right,  but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that all spelling/wording is correct. Remakes will be charged for, at the current charged rate as the original letter. 

Should any item arrive damaged in transit, or does not arrive then PLEASE contact me so that I can follow up your enquiry.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment via the website at checkout via credit/debit card or Paypal.

SHIPPING POLICY

I aim to ship all orders the next day via Royal Mail First Class Delivery.
This may change in busy periods, such as the 1st September until Christmas, where it may take up to three days to dispatch. If this is the case when you come to place your order a notice will be put on the website so that you are aware of the shipping situation before placing your order.

RETURNS POLICY

As all items are personalised, we do not accept returns. I urge you to double check all of your spellings when placing an order with us to ensure that there is no reason that you should need to re-order your scroll.
